At Miami Mortgage, a Licensed Correspondent Lender since 1984, there are always opportunities for those energetic people who want to become Loan Consultants. We are currently accepting applications for experienced and inexperienced applicants, license is not necessary. Depending of the applicant performance, they can start earning $60,000 plus a year. We have a twelve days training program, that covers mortgage origination on FHA, Conventional, Portfolio and Commercial Loans. This program will help newcomers become a successful commercial or residential Loan Consultant.

We are also looking for affiliated financial companies, financial advisors, and real estate companies located any place in the continental USA, or in other countries to work together for a profitable relationship. We have several people in our staff who speak foreign languages like Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese, so we can make this relationship more friendly.

We have many tools to offer you to develop your mortgage career and image as a Loan Consultant for our Company. These are a few of them:

Training: Training videos and audio cassettes available

Working Facilities: Private desk for average producers, 2 conference rooms with computers, access to the Multiple Listing System, Tax Roll and T1 line Internet.

Office Equipment: 15 computers, 5 faxes, 5 laser printers, 2 scanners. Loan Consultants can use office laptops to take applications outside the office, or have access to the Internet.

Staff: Experienced FHA and Conventional Loan Processors, and additional support staff. Commercial Loans are processed at our facilities.

FREE fast Internet access in all computers. (T1 lines)

Internet: Loan Consultants have their own E-mail address and their own web page.

Voice Mail: Individual voice mail for each Loan Consultant

Credit Report Service: We are affiliated to a credit report agency to obtain credit reports of the potential Buyers/Borrowers as part of the pre-qualification process.

Advertising: We advertise in home magazines, major newspapers, the Internet, and cable television.

Leads: We supply all leads to our Loan Consultants, including the ones originated by our affiliated real estate offices. No owner competition.

Free training for new Loan Consultants. Also, tuition Reimbursement Plan for new Mortgage Brokers.
